Clients consistently praise the friendly staff and the hospital's ability to deliver amazing care. Scheduling can take some time for a first visit, but it's well worth the wait. Everyone at the hospital is extremely knowledgeable and caring. They made a first visit memorable. The doctors are extremely gentle and kind, answering all questions and going out of their way to ensure concerns were addressed. They are the gold standard when it comes to veterinary care. They are professional, caring, kind, patient and knowledgeable. The staff takes so many precautions ensuring the safety of pets, answering all questions making clients comfortable throughout the process. One doctor is a pups primary vet and takes time on wellness visits keeping the pup healthy and happy. Indy's Place is an absolute haven for nervous and reactive pets. Puppies and kittens embarking on their medical journey would benefit immensely from the compassionate care provided here.
We love this vet! They're easily available on weekends, which is ironically when my pet gets sick the most. They take great care of our pet and are extremely communicative about his needs.
We really love going to Indy’s Place since they care such good care of our fur baby, Asher! Since Asher was a puppy until now, he looks forward to every visit to Indy’s Place. Both Dr. Kerem and Dr. Goldfarb, as well as the entire staff are superb. They really care and love Asher, and that means a lot to us. Highly recommend Indy’s Place! 🐶🐾
Dr. Kerem is such a wonderful vet! Brought my 10 week old Belgian Malinois in for vaccinations and Dr. Kerem was incredibly informative and helpful. He took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions and make sure I was fully informed every step of the way. I could also tell Lila liked him too because she kept staring at the entrance as we left the parking lot. 🥺 Rather than taking her to any ole clinic to get the basic treatment, I wanted to build good habits for my puppy and one of those is to not be fearful or anxious about going to the vet. I don’t think my pup even knows what happened other than meeting new friends with treats. 🤣 Best of all, for the level of quality and care that he provides, I was shocked that I wasn’t charged more for his services. I’ve been to places in the past that have charged $150 just for walking through the door. All in all, my fur baby and I couldn’t be more happy with Indy’s Place and Dr. Kerem. Lila will be back in 3 weeks for more treats 🤪
