I have been going to Xtrim Bollywood classes with Aruna and Anjali over a year now. This is the best way to burn more than 500 calories in an hour, yet not realize because having so much fun! The choreography is well designed to exercise the whole body and has low impact variations for people with past injuries etc. Overall this is a lot of fun for kids, adults and every one who loves music, highly recommend it!

Xtrim is not only helping me getting back into shape and toning my body but its helping me making those small changes in my every day life through the newsletters those get published every week and the Monthly challenges that it comes up with inspires me and pushes me to stay on top of my health.I highly recommend Xtrim especially for those who neglect exercising because they feel boredom to hit the Gym. A person like me who feels going to the gym is such a monotonous thing to do (with all the due respect to Gym lovers). I started two months ago with with Xtreme Bollywood and I see the difference in me. Love the instructors and their dance moves. I have never been passionate about working out but this dance class has changed my views. Thank you to the instructors and a big shout out to Aruna ????????????
