Visited this place for getting new glasses yesterday. A lady over there was rude and disrespectful. I felt she did not want to help and talking to me very rudely. She was not good in explaining things and when my insurance did not work, she just brushed us off. Later, I had to call my insurance and got the issue resolved. When I got back there again, I was helped by a guy who was very helpful. He was good in explaining all options and felt he cared for the best options for me.

Transitions, progressives, scratch resistant, great frame, fast service, and a good price-$220.00.I get my eye exam at Kaiser then go to Costco for the frames.Been going there for over 18 years and have never had to have to glasses sent back because of mistakes.
