This is by far the best gym in the county. The plethora of equipment is impressive and super clean. As gyms are concerned there is a good diversity of members, the staff is friendly, and again; the diversity of equipment is impressive. It is obvious that the owners take great pride in their business

I absolutely love this amazing dance and fitness space. Jennifer is a great instructor. I hope classes will be ongoing after all this Covid 19 stuff! I'm ready for more classes!

When it comes to 24 hour gyms, this is literally the only one in town. My husband and I joined in November of 2019, and we pay $95/month for a couples membership plus an annual maintenance fee of $30. This facility is very large, with many different types of weight machines, cardio machines, and free weights. There is also a sauna members can use by signing up for a time slot. I also find this gym to be incredibly clean, which is comforting. I see some kind of cleaning happening almost every time I'm there. Something I find to be unprofessional is that they allow young children to run around the gym unaccompanied. Since the gym doesn't have a child care provider, they make parents/guardians sign waivers, and then their kids roam free range throughout the gym. I've seen two young boys play on an elliptical, each standing on one foot pedal. I then watched them run across the gym and kick the side of a treadmill, causing a plastic piece to touch the conveyor belt and make a horrific sound. Surely the money the gym lets a parent save on child care can't compare with the cost the gym could incur if kids are horse playing in the gym and damaging equipment, or worse, getting injured. I know the presence of rowdy children makes some members nervous when they're using the free weights. In addition to this, my friend's daughter who recently joined the gym told me that a young male employee used the gym's membership database to look up her personal cell phone number and he began to send her text messages. On one occasion he sent a text to her at midnight! This is a huge privacy violation and is both unprofessional and inappropriate. I continue to frequent this gym because of the 24 hour access and because it is owned by veterans. However, I think they could work on maintaining a safer environment for their members and they should not allow employees to violate members' privacy.
