Next day service during a stifling hot period on our central AC, much appreciated. Service of Mr. Sousa (?) very welcome. He was out in the killer heat making our home liveable again.
Ordered everything needed, measured twice cut once. Installed in less then a day. Staff was clean and polite as well as doing a job well done... Everything came out right and works great... I would highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs..
Downey did a great job, extremely fast installation of a full-size conventional heat pump and ducts, as well a mini split system in the torrid summer heat. Installation was very professional and employees very polite and respectful. Service after the installation has been very good as well. I could not recommend this company more highly.
