Jason answers and responds promptly, was a knowledgeable, clear & direct communicator, and instantly available to help me retrieve photos from a nearly dysfunctional hard drive. He was able to troubleshoot issues and overcome challenges to save almost all of my children’s “baby photos.” I couldn’t be more grateful! Incredibly professional, skilled, and affordable.
