Zach is simply awesome. It looked like our thermostat had broken, which everyone told us to replace ourselves, but we didn’t want to take a chance. Ends up a switch was switched wrong. Zach could have left it at that, but he did a service to our furnace too and made sure it was running safe and up to date. So glad we called him!
My air conditioner stopped working on the hottest week of the year. Fortunately Zach was able to schedule me for an appointment right away, even though he was busy and most HVAC places had an extremely long wait.
Zach showed up on time, he was very professional and helpful. He wrapped up everything quickly and the repair cost was very reasonable, and it cost much less than I was anticipating.
It was a great experience and I'll be sure to contact Zach first if I have any other HVAC needs.
