Greeted a friendly smile hello from the receptionist.
Hygienist Hanna welcomed me into exam room and asked how my day was doing. Hanna did great work with the x-rays and tender/professional cleaning.
Dr. Bonzel check in on me with how everything was going for the day. Also if I had any discomfort or anything I needed attention to.
Everyone was professional and caring.
I had to have an old crown removed and then temporary put in. Dr. Bonzell did a good job. I was nervous because I don't like pain. But we had no pain. Lol. I feel confident in Dr. Bonzell's treatments and suggestions of what I need to have done
New patient, first visit - loved the atmosphere of this office and the 120+ year-old framed building deed on the wall. All staff provided excellent service with a smile. A special shout out to Cindy - my cleaning was gentle but thorough, and she was more than happy to answer all of my questions - definitely a top-notch Hygienist. Dr. Bonzell was great as well - from top to bottom, I highly recommend this dental office.
