Poor HVAC experience with White Mechanical
I had two HVAC Lennox Signature series units, and all my ducts were replaced by White Mechanical in 2021, who were the authorized installer for Costco at the time. My experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.
Last year, both my thermostats needed replacement due to a factory defect, and the technician who came over was unprofessional, making several comments about not being paid enough. They were very prompt and got everything handled with my AC in a timely manner. Steve was very professional and thorough and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend White Mechanical to anyone looking for service.

I was very pleased with this company when they installed my AC unit because of the professional crew that was courteous and personal. I was so pleased to see that their technician was exactly the same. Jason explained what he was there to do and he was like working with a friend. I was completely satisfied and confident that my system was inspected and worked on by someone that was interested in my concerns. I will continue to use White Mechanical for all of my heating and cooling needs.
