Water should have been back on but they were already 20 minutes late. I called the office to find out what's happening because there is not a work truck here. He was gone. Got caught in traffic on his way back. Why is the water shut off if there is no one here to work on anything? The lady who answered was so irritated that I asked her that. She said they are allowed to have it off until 3:30. I get it. That is what was scheduled. But why have it off if no one is doing anything? Did he leave and forget to turn the water back on? 8 hours without water when I have a small child at home is a long time. I need water to give her a bath. Make food. Clean. Water is very necessary...read full review

Jame Le Court did another great job for me. They worked on both the slab leaks that I have had in my home. Hopefully no more for us. The most recent job was done efficiently and he was very friendly and helpful! There are a lot of slabs leaks in Rancho Santa Margarita the everyone is very busy but they got the fix done in a reasonable amount of time. They showed up, analyzed what was wrong, took care of the asbestos check and returned to get the job done. They informed us we could turn the hot water off and on when we needed it, so we did not have to go without or boil water in the microwave lol. We never had water on the floor or in the walls and it was contained to the slab outside of the house...we were lucky! Just 4 holes in the laundry room. I am very satisfied with their work.

They came out next day and check what needed to be done. That was last Wednesday 1/06 and said they would give me a quote on work . After 2 calls asking about quote no response It's Sunday 1/10 and haven't heard anything.I called again to check out my scheduling status and found out they never received my email and the contract signed and my credit card information . So after I repeated that process and send it again confirmed after I sent it they got it I was scheduled 2 days later to have work done.
