I always check the Hoag website for the wait times for their urgent care locations. I drove from Irvine to Foothill Ranch on a Sunday because there was no wait. I was seen immediately by a doctor (MD) who was patient and thorough. I highly recommend the Foothill Ranch location because it is a brand new facility, it was uncrowded and there is tons of parking.
If you are in need of going to a Urgen Care place I highly recommend hoag Urgent Care in Foothill Ranch. customer service is great, the nurse practitioner is amazing. You may have to wait a bit in the lobby to you get called but once you’re in the back in the room, they’re quick and fast and In-N-Out..
Honestly, I have been to quite a few urgent care centers and this one exceeded those by far. I absolutely loved Mackenzie Payton PA. She was exceptional with everything including follow-up with test results and referrals to specialists. Extremely professional and caring. The staff was excellent also. This was a superb experience for a rather anxiety inducing medical problem.
