“Cecilia is amazing and such a sweetheart! I have had lash extensions for 10+ years, but it's finally time I say goodbye to that lovely and very expensive habit. After I started noticing that my extensions were not lasting as long, I opted for a healthier option of lash perms/tints. I was skeptical since I flubbed the first perm when I tried to DIY it at home (do not recommend). I came in to Cecilia and right away she made me feel at ease.
