    They can start by replacing the staff in the triage. Very rude while I was waiting for my wife to be called the San Antonio receptionist was rude to an elderly woman. Needs to be retrained to deal with the elderly. I know is Sunday and they would rather be at home, but this is the career that they choose. Sensitivity training for all staff I say. Unfortunately this is the closest urgent care to me. Also I witness so much confusion from the patients when the staff call out by first name only there just happened to be multiple patients the same first name. Patie

    Awful the DO that saw me missed diagnosed and was later confirmed with my primary and blood work that she was WRONG...... and in the process because of her very poor bedside manner caused anxiety with my family and I. I tried asking questions and working in the medical field trying to understand what I was being told but she was so sure of herself and not a good listener didn't even leave room for a possibity of being incorrect. If I were you I would not go to this place. It is not the first time for misdiagnoses I have a friend with a similar story with the same kind of experience. DO NOT TRUST

    Literally go to any other urgent care. Seriously. I've been here since 11am and barely got called into a room by 5:30. It's 6:30 and I was barely seen by someone. Everything here is a mess. Like why am I in a patient room for a whole hour before being seen? I'm exhausted sick and tired of the lack of care this facility has. If you can't support an urgent care system. Just don't have one
