The doctors and all the staff are great with all my pets no matter in what condition they come in. They treat them like if they r there own. I take Spiderman which is a community cat and they love him so much. They don't show any difference when it comes to pets and community cats. The love for them makes me me continue taking all my cats there.
I had a great experience bring in my dog for some pretty major skin allergies. All of the staff were super nice, check in was a breeze, and I was given very thorough instructions on how to give my dog his medications and some tips for the future to help him out. The visit did not feel rushed.
Was just at Petco in a frantic because my puppy is sick from his tummy! As a new mom I wasn't sure exactly what to do, I received help today from "Jay" at this store and I am soooo COMPLETELY GRATEFUL for his asesorando l assistance!!! Jay was so kind in explaining options to me from personal experience and he was just THE BEST!!!!! Thank you!!!!
