The outlets in our garage and office went out Sunday night. Called the home warranty Monday morning and they dispatched T&J. I called them a few times because I wanted to see if we could expedite since my husband works from home and we really need the office, but I know everyone is understaffed and overworked in COVID times. Got in touch with them Monday afternoon and was told they could be out at Wednesday between 10 and 2. Tech came at 12 (he called before) and had the power restored in half an hour. Great experience for a home warranty call!

Mike did a fantastic job. He arrived earlier than expected. Showed him one of the outlets that was not working, he got right to it, fixed the problem. He was there less than twenty minutes. Yeahh!!!American Home Shield sent him out after they first sent Jaeger Electric who was there for over an hour, testing (diagnosing), told us he could not find problem.Called American Home Shield to send another electric company, they referred Jaeger Electric again. They called and said it was a circuit overload and declined to come.Called AHS and said we want ANOTHER company so that is when they sent T & J Investment with much success. Very satisfied. Thank you Mike.

Joseph fixed almost 10 outlets across 3 floors of our home in record time. He was really knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He turned a repair we were dreading into a really simple task.The company has a tracker so you know how far away the technician is. It made the "window" period really predictable. I can't even think of how they could improve haha.
