Of course my heater decided to stop working when it’s the coldest it’s ever been in California . A neighbor recommended Straight Forward. George listened in detail to my problem and had me do some trouble shooting myself. He was able to know exactly what was wrong with my heater and gave me a ballpark of cost. He told me he can come out next day between 12 and 2 pm. He was there exactly at noon and had me up and running within a few hours. The price he charged me was cheaper than the ballpark :). Great honest guy , great service! Thank you again! 5 stars
