We just purchased an older home and the tech did a fantastic job of cleaning the carpets. The tech texted me when he was on his way over, and texted me when they were about 30 minutes from being finished. He took the time to show me how to properly install my furnace filter (ours is older and a bit tricky) and was patient the entire time in explaining everything they were doing. He was really great about making the appointment, following through and communicating with us, and his estimate was just about spot on. I never even got the chance to get use the services because they never showed up for my appointment. Horrible customer service. I made an appointment for between 10am and 12pm. At 1pm no one had showed up so I called. They said the technician is late and they would call me when he was on his way. At 3pm no one had shown up still, so I called again to check the status of my appointment. I was told they called my phone number, someone answered, said they were me, and cancelled my service. This is your typical overpriced-unprofessional company whose employees are just trying to rush thru the cleaning to get to the next one. I was left with a soaked, soapy and dirty carpet that took 3 days to dry, but I guess that's what you get for not accepting their "Deep Cleaning" for $500. Also, what is the deal with this company working under different names and phone numbers. I call STAINMASTERS to do the service and I get a receipt from WE CLEAN CARPETS. I search phone number online and shows as PRECISION CLEANERS. ??????
