We just purchased an older home and the tech did a fantastic job of cleaning the carpets. The tech texted me when he was on his way over, and texted me when they were about 30 minutes from being finished. He took the time to show me how to properly install my furnace filter (ours is older and a bit tricky) and was patient the entire time in explaining everything they were doing. He was really great about making the appointment, following through and communicating with us, and his estimate was just about spot on. It is safe to say my renters didn't care much about keeping the carpet very clean. This company came in with no judgment and made this wrecked carpet look like new again!! It was no easy task i will highly recommended.

Just had my carpets cleaned by them and was so amazed with how professional and knowledgeable this company was! the technician was able to inform me with everything that needed to be done and worked with my budget! had pet stains and was able to get the odor and stains out with no problem. will be using them again without a doubt!
