Overall 10/10 I recommend Karla she's excellent, the whole experience was done all in one day with Ollie. No problems whatsoever. Just on our end cause of my dog Ollie sorry about that Karla. Please get your grooming done by her you won't be disappointed.

I have been coming to Karla for a while and she always leaves My baby Grumpy how I tell her to! She does a great job and price is not bad at all! Grumpy loves Karla!

Yesterday I took my 2 dogs to the groomers for the first time & let me tell you I'm so happy on how amazing they looked. I reached out to Karla several days ago & made an appointment she told me how everything would go as far as process etc. she would call me to pick up my dogs when they're ready and they looked so happy when I got them. Not only did they look super clean but their hair was super soft & one of them even had cute little bows. When I picked them up they weren't shaking or scared they were very calm & happy. I will definitely be bringing them back.
