Let me start by saying, Ezabel and her company have restored my faith in on-time service and going the extra mile as a business. My wife and i keep our home very tidy. Usually we both take a Saturday twice a month when were both home to deep clean, scrub and clean ALL DAY! that was before she got pregnant. In the beginning is wasn't too bad, I am starting to travel more for work and when I'm gone to different time zones and I get back Friday, I'm super burnt out and looking forward to the weekend, not to cleaning.My wife was pretty good with keeping up on the cleaning since she's off work for the pregnancy and able to be home full time. However, her belly is getting so big at 28 weeks she has a hard time bending over and reaching to clean. So during the week she rests and things start to pile up. I tried another cleaning service that I read the bad yelp reviews AFTER I hired them, saw an Instagram ad between the stories and decided they looked professional enough to hire while I was away at a company trade show. They came to the house while I was away, but my wife was home. I paid a negotiated rate for 3hrs of cleaning. The lady came and was extremely slow. Our house ain't that big, it's 2,000sqft 3 beds 3 bath home, we only occupied the Master bedroom with attached bathroom, living room and kitchen, the other 1/2 of the house was untouched and not lived in, because it's just us, and we have no children. The lady used the whole 3 hours and never got past the kitchen, my wife called me and she said this lady is dragging and milking the system, probably because it was the negotiated rate for 3hrs. But anyways, she left and she was super unhappy, I came home that Thursday night after traveling for a week to start cleaning whatever the lady didn't finish, which is the living room and the master bedroom/bathroom. She did a good job on whatever she cleaned but the counter tops and microwave don't take no 3 hours to clean.I explained that to Ezabel, and to be honest I was nervous cause it wasn't cheap to have 1 lady come out and dick around for 3 hours wiping down my microwave and counter tops. Ezabel reassured me that her people are fast, don't waste time and work....after my last experience I was like "ya right, we'll see about that"Well she was right, I got 2 ladies for 2 hours, one cleaning upstairs in the master bedroom/bathroom and one downstairs cleaning the kitchen and living room. And DAMN! They did a GREAT job, actually when I clean I get the shower sparkling white but never mess with the glass surround which has hard water spots. Well they got the hard water spots off AND cleaned the shower, tub and bathroom sinks and counter sparkling clean.I look at all my furniture downstairs and upstairs and there ain't a speck of dust on em. I thought when I put in effort and bust my a** to clean that I could do a pretty good job. Nope! Not even close these ladies killed it, did a wayy better job than I ever could and did it in 2 hours...literally killed it in 2 hours. I'm very happy, we have now hired them on a bi-weekly schedule until the end of the year when my wife gives birth. Will be using them again, and again and again. I don't trust anyone else after this great experience I had.

I just had my house cleaned by Mirna and team. They did an amazing job feeling cleaning my house. I have two boys and two dogs so detail cleaning is not easy. They were able to get a stain off my island where the boys keep putting they feet/shoes. I'm very pleased with the work they did. I even signed up for monthly service! Looking forward to this lasting business relationship

Ezabel was one of the only service providers to get back to me in a timely manner. We worked together on the best date for my service and i even suggested a last minute (a couple days prior) time change that HCE obliged. Day of service, Mirna contacted me bright and early to let me know she was on the way. Communication is SO important to me...i was very appreciative of that and her timeliness. I have twin toddlers that can be a handful..one even made a mess WHILE Mirna was cleaning. She was friendly, understanding and FANTASTIC at her job. You can tell she understands that bringing value to someone is truly PRICELESS. I will def have HCE on speed dial and absolutely recommend Mirna!
