Been coming to this shop for a little over a year now for repairs on my c300 & every time I get work done it's quality work at an affordable price. They're very professional & accommodating staff, especially Nick he has been on top of everything making sure as customer's we are satisfied & taken care of. I respected the fact that they're honest & upfront with me unlike other shops/dealerships that milk you for unnecessary services. They take photos & videos of other things that catch their attention while inspecting/working on your vehicle to make you aware of future problems. I would recommend this shop 1000x over

Yesterday on July 23, I was driving along on my way to work with my toddler in the car and I lost my drain plug 128i. I limped off the side of the road to the shoulder, I looked up nearest Bmw mechanic and EBB Elite had Four stars so I thought let's give them a shot. I can't even begin to say how impressed I am with these guys. I had an appointment and they're waiting for my car 45 minutes before AAA ever showed up so it made it easy for me to get the car over there. when I got there, Nico was great. I told him I was in a hurry he told no problem. Got me on my way and my car back to in less than 24 hours. And gave me no run around. I will highly recommend... read full review
