Scheduled a diagnostic visit to remedy AC not working recently. Chris (Owner) shows up on time 12 sharp. He was very courteous and introduced himself to myself and family. After going into attic to check fuse box...coming downstairs to give me a quote of $499.1. Replace Reusable link (Fuse)2. Minor Wire RepairI would've paid it but I just didn't feel right in my gut based on the energy Chris (Owner) gave me inside my home. Avoid these people. Paid then over $9,000 to install new heating and cooling system. A year later, my regular furnace maintenance guy looked at it, and told me that they had violated two county codes, and about 6 other deficiencies. He offered to fix it for another $2,900.I gave Crisp an opportunity to correct their code violations. they ignored me.
