Heather was super responsive and would reply even during non-business hours which I appreciated because my work schedule is crazy. I'm not recommending to contact her during non business hours (she has a life too!) but I appreciated it. Mehlany & Susanne came out for the 1st deep cleaning and did an AH-MAZE-ING job!!!!
