I don't understand their quoting people. Sierra Heating and Cooling installed multiple Aprilaire humidifiers at a local business in Reno where we purchase our hardwood flooring. This business recommend Sierra and we called them multiple times and they will not even quote us an installation because we have radiant hydronic heating which not even related to installing a humidifier in a closet. And, they won't explain why. Are they mad at us for getting hydronic radiant heating because it's something that Sierra Air does not install? Is it a policy that they do not work on any house that has hydronic radiant heating even if the job is not connect to the radiant heat system? There has to be some logical reason but the front desk people can not or will not explain it.
This is the four time I have used Sierra Heating and Air Conditioning. I appreciate Phillip's honesty and how explains what is the issue. He provides a thorough explanation on what needs to be repaired or replaced. I would definitely recommend him for your heating and AC problems.
BEWARE OF Phillip Sierra License number: 975662 This guy is a THIEF! When he arrived at my home Phillip was getting his equipment out of his truck when my InstaCart grocery order arrived. The InstaCart driver said "I have your order for your house" and he said "oh thank you, have a good day" then proceeded to put MY groceries in his truck and close the door (see video). Luckily my wife was watching the cameras waiting for her order to arrive so she ran out and confronted him and made him return our groceries. Once I got home and checked the cameras i called Phillip. He denied everything and claims that someone pulled up and asked if he wanted groceries like it was a donation. I asked for a refund or some type of compensation before posting this review to give him a chance to redeem himself but he laughed in my face. What kind of business are you running here.. people have cameras everywhere these days. Think twice before trying to rob someone. Oh and by the way, the grocery bag was full of baby food for my infant baby. I paid you $300+ of my hard earned money just for you to pull some petty act. Thanks a lot. Link to video:
