Minimalist vibe, warm pool and cold plunge with dry and steam sauna options. All-gender changing area with lockers and bathroom with private stalls. Bring your own towels or they offer 2 for $5 upcharge. Some light snacks available at front desk. Upcharge for DIY facial kit (3 out of 5 stars). I was not offered sandals. They do not offer robes. My bf and I just tried Urban Baths today, and we were very pleased. The dry and wet saunas were fabulous, and the bathhouse was well maintained with plenty of room to try everything it has to offer. We're very much looking forward to trying the salt room when it opens! Will definitely be back. Thank you!

My friend and I enjoyed our time at Asha Urban Baths in Folsom. She and I have also been to the Sacramento location, which we prefer, but this new location does have several advantages.For instance, the cold plunge pool, sauna, and steam room are much larger at this location. I really appreciated how large the cold plunge pool is because at the Sac location, you really can only have two people in there at once. The dressing room and restrooms are also nice in this location.One advantage of the Sac location is that it is much bigger, so you can have more people present and it won’t feel as cramped.
