I would give this office a 0 Star rating if I could. I had an initial appointment scheduled to get primary care establish for my daughter. At the time the appointment was made the scheduler confirmed that my primary insurance (PPO) was accepted/IN-NETWORK and that they could see my daughter. When my wife showed up to the appointment, the clinic tried to give an excuse that they couldn't see her because my secondary insurance had a different primary and that for specialty visits we would have to get referred. The fact is that this was not scheduled for a specialty visit but a standard visit to establish primary care. I have taken my daughter to doctors other than the primary care provider on the secondary insurance and have not had this issue until we visited this clinic. After calling UCD patient relations to file a formal complaint, I was told that on the chart it was scheduled for a primary visit and not specialty so there should not have been a reason to be denied care. Shame on this clinic and the clinic manager for trying to give us a lame excuse as to why they "couldn't" see my daughter. Again my daughter has seen multiple doctors other than the PCP listed on the secondary insurance as we've been trying to find one that fits her needs and never had a problem until this clinic. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE...AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
This office is a really horrible place and I would not recommend. The doctors don’t take time with patients enough, they don’t listen and one of the nurses Liz is a nightmare. Would strongly not recommend
Went here for an appointment with Tina Zheng for my annual vision exam. She only did the glasses prescription measurement and didn’t do any other tests. They billed VSP for the whole package which includes the tests done for annual vision exam. She even measured my current glasses which are progressive and then she gave me a single Vision glasses.I am not able to order a new pair of glasses without a progressive prescription. The doctor was also yelling at me through out the exam and had no concerns to what I wanted to say. They also put a hold on my insurance for glasses and frames. I did not even visit their optical store.Looks like they will do what ever they want and...read full review
