I love this place! If you're looking for a yoga spot with genuine, friendly and welcoming people, look no further! Warm/humid and non-heated classes available. No drama, good sweat, happy heart
I participated in the Awaken program in 2022 because I was looking for a way to reconnect with my body. The program was one of the best things I've ever done! I highly recommend it to anyone, of any skill level. I carry many things that I learned from this program in my daily life. This program has made me a better public speaker, more confident, more mindful, and a better friend. I found an incredible community, and it was fun! Nick and Katie are amazing teachers. I cannot say enough good things - everyone should do it.
I took the "Awaken" program at Spotted Dog Yoga and got so much out of it! I've begun living my life to its fullest, where before the class, I was holding back. It gave me insights into myself that I was unaware of before which helped me a great deal. Nick and Katie are amazing instructors, very patient, knowledgable, kind, fun and easy to be with. They give 110% of themselves to the whole experience. I am now a certified yoga instructor, but for me more importantly my life has improved so much. This is definitely a worthwhile program to take. I highly recommend it!
