StretchLab has been my saving grace since back surgery in 2017. I tried so many other therapy type approaches but nothing compared to the long term benefit of stretching. Justin and Christy are amazing stretchologists and very knowledgeable although I have also seen a number of others on occasion and they have all been well trained in stretching techniques. If you haven't tried it, I highly recommend you do.

Im active with running and strength training but also work too many hours in a chair. Ive been looking for something to help me up my performance and increase mobility and release some of the tension from my muscles. Nick did a great job of listening to me, assessing where I could use help and working with me to get the right amount of relief. I left feeling like im on cloud 9. Thanks Stretch Lab Folsom!
