For those interested during open enrollment: if you are the type of person that doesn't need specialists then this medical group is fine. Appointment times to get in are a little long but leaving messages for the doctor(s) are easy once you get through the staff that takes down the message, as they can be hit or miss. If you have a sick child that needs to be seen right away, you won't get in and will have better luck at urgent care. Primary doctors are great at referring but therein lies the problem. I do not normally post reviews, good or bad. However, I experienced the most difficult processing experience at this clinic. My employer and I were unable to even reach anyone (the answering service continuously disconnected). After giving the email for my employer and provided confirmation that my results cleared, nothing has yet to be sent. Additionally, the nurse refused to allow my nine-year-old son into the room. As a single mom, I do not have any assistance in his care during the summer or the desire to leave my young son alone in a waiting room.

The ladies at the front desk are friendly and helpful when checking in when I came for my first appointment for new patient with Dr Saavedra! I was very happy with my hour appt and the time he spent going over my extensive medical history. He is a great listener and understands my concerns and needs. When calling for appts and to cancel the ladies are kind and polite!
