“I wanted to book a facial for myself and a friend - as a gift to the friend. I live in the Bay Area so we had some trouble coordinating a common time. When we suddenly found ourselves free the same weekend, I called Tanya Martin (found via Google) to see if there was any chance of getting a spot for 2 only 5 days away. Initially I left a message, which was returned in less than 30 min. Holly was fantastic, suggesting the best facial for someone who doesn't get facials. She worked closely with me over the next few hours via texts and managed to get us into a spot from a cancellation. My facial with Melanie was fantastic. She provided me with a microderm+enzyme+LED facial My skin still feels smooth 4 days later! Melanie was so kind, knowledgeable and gentle. My friend said the same with the person she saw. I would not hesitate to go again, I was made to feel special from the moment we walked in. I highly recommend this place!!“

“I had originally approached Jenna to treat my teenage son and daughter for acne. However Jenna didn't stop at just acne, she tailored an overall custom skincare routine for each kid, and her charges were consistent regardless of what how many methods were used to combat my kids various seasonal/hormonal changes. For example my daughter had some broken capillaries on her face, and she was able to resolve the issue within one visit, w/o any extra charges. My kids both have monthly visits with Jenna for almost a year now, and their skin can't thank her enough. Not to mention the skincare education she helps promote. Sometimes the mom sounds like a broken record. So it is good I have one less thing to nag the kids about.“

She is very flexible with her schedule as she understands that people have alot going on. I would suggest you trying mitra for cut , color or style or blowouts. She is incredible at all her skills.“

“My husband booked me a Facial and Massage for Mother's Day. The duration was both 60 minutes each. I had the Facial first. I think her name was Jennifer and she was awesome! My mother-in-law told me my skin was glowing and my complexion looked so good and smooth afterwards. I had a lot of congestion and she removed a lot of impurities in my skin. My skin was so smooth afterwards. She wore gloves and also put my hair back in a towel. It was a little different from what I am used to with the steam in my face, but it felt nice and very cooling on a hot summer day. She left to see if there was enough time to do one more thing before my next appointment. When she returned, she asked if she could trim my eyebrows. I didn't mind. Then she applied some serums and creams to refine my pores. It was so relaxing and I felt so nice and rejuvenated afterwards. She escorted me back to the waiting area until my next appointment for my massage. I waited maybe about 7 minutes after my facial appointment. I had such a great experience with Jennifer and was so excited for my next treatment. When i completed the form on the tablet initially, i mentioned in detail my problem areas like how the hostess said the mention. I again, mentioned to my masseuse about my problem areas before she began. I forgot what her name was, but it seemed like she was very new. She couldn't figure out the lighting in the room, didn't focus in the areas we spoke about beforehand. She kept apologizing for things... the pressure was very light for me and I mentioned she could apply more. She did for a little bit and then went back to light pressure again. Bummer. At the end, she mentioned that I should've told her about my lower back pain. All in all, it was a beautiful place. I think I would just come back for the facial only. I feel like the front desk needs to communicate better with the therapists and aestheticians about each appointment that is scheduled. Maybe have a team huddle before they open or something. It was Mother's Day so I guess it was a busy day for them. My friend's husband paid in full beforehand for her treatment, but the manager didn't communicate that with the receptionist either, so she had to call the manager to confirm. Other than the miscommunication, this place has potential.“
