Updating to a previous review:I really appreciate Ash and Brian as manager and owner respectively. They take the time to speak with their customers regarding their complaints which means a lot and they do full investigations into employees who may not be doing what is right by their customers or company. Kudos to them for continuing to satisfy customers. My pool looks great and the chemistry is always dialed in perfectly. They came on time when they said they would. Whoever my current pool tech is, has been doing a great job. The other big thing is that Ash picks up the phone immediately when you call. There is no back and forth.

Needed startup service after refinishing our pool. Out of about 10 businesses, only Smith and a couple others responded in a timely manner (same day). They seem reliable and definitely have many years of experience. I'm glad I found them and look forward to them maintaining our pool for years to come.

This company has continued to offer truly exceptional service and I couldn't recommend them higher. The office gets right back to me with any queries and the person who visits weekly keeps it looking amazing with absolutely no drama. If you are not with Smith Pool Service, consider switching.
