Man, I wish I had found this company before moving. I was getting my Roseville house ready to sell and discovered an issue with one of the ceiling joists. I cried at what some contractors wanted to charge to fix it - well over $10,000 (which I did not have). I found Sinabro on Yelp and called them. He went out to look at the house and gave me a very professional, detailed, itemized estimate. I was already out of state at this point so hiring someone from so far away was terrifying but I liked how professional he was and his price seemed fair so I booked them. He went out, took before, during, and after pics that he sent me as he worked then showed me the completed project. It looked amazing and was even BELOW the estimated price! Payment was easy even being remote and I was incredibly relieved to have found such a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and awesome contractor. I could not recommend these guys more. They're absolutely extraordinary and you will not regret working with them. Best experience ever!
