I am baffled at the low rating for Pacific Skin Institute. This was my second visit here and both visits I received the kindest, friendliest and warmest care. Last year I had a different doctor and she was very attentive answering all of my questions and concerns. Never felt rushed or in need to complete my appointment at all and I didn't have to wait too long for my appointment after I arrived. This year about a week ago when I went in for my yearly mole check I was seen by Dr. Evelyn Kaovorakarn. Being new to the area, I had my first appointment this morning. I must say after reading the recent reviews I was a little nervous! But, much to my delight the interaction I had with Joy and Evelyn were fantastic! Both were friendly, efficient and professional. I would definitely recommend the Folsom office.

Front office staff was great and super friendly, same with back of office! The MA I was greeted with told me her name but I forgot it she was so sweet, same goes for the PA I saw, Kaovorakarn. She listened to my concerns and put me at ease, I felt like I was in good hands! I was referred here and nervous after seeing som unsavory reviews so figured I'd give my two cents.
