I recently had a fantastic experience with OutLock Locksmith.After calling and comparing quotes with a few local locksmiths, they were the most responsive and on budget ones, arriving within 20 minutes. The technician was very professional, courteous, and efficient, repairing and installing new hardware for the entrance door. Their pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden fees and got a warranty. They even provided helpful tips for future prevention. Highly recommend, an awesome person as well.

At the end of the work day my paint crew snapped off the only key we had to access a customers home. I was able to remove the broken key from the lock and frantically searched for a lock smith that could duplicate the key before the next day. I found Out Lock Locksmith in Folsom. I spoke to Eli and he was able to duplicate the key within a minute!!! He saved the day for me and my crew! Truly thankful for his time and service!!

Eli is the best locksmith we were lucky to find on Yelp! several years ago when we got locked out of our home. He's since been back a couple times and has been very reliable and doing the utmost best to solve our lock issues. Most recently our heavy front door had an issue with the latch bolt getting stuck. Turns out our door and lock were made in China with parts not readily available. He came by about 4 times to figure out a solution. The lock is now fixed and works great. Highly recommend Eli!!
