This facility is part of the Physical therapy to which I have been going to for a year. One of the therapists recommended I try Personal training with David Green who owns the Gym. I signed up for 8 PT sessions. The PT prices were very comparable to other gyms in the facility. After my first PT session I expressed some concerns I had with David. I was asked to find some other trainer. All my sessions were cancelled. I was refunded all the money though. Looks like you cannot express any concern or feedback here. So remember this, if anyone wants to join PT here.

This place rocks! But, I don't mean in the usual sports club/workout places. The clientle is generally older, as I'm 64 and one of the younger ones there. But, the facilities and staff are excellent. They keep the pool very clean and set at 89 degrees for swim therapy and exercise classes. There is also a spa at 102 degrees for loosening up before and relaxing after a workout. This is the best thing I could have done for myself and my wife as we are both disabled. Friendly and knowledgeable therapists, trainers, instructors, front office staff, all make you feel welcome no matter what condition you're in. There are also yoga and Pilates classes. UPDATE: After a few months of using the pool and equipment, I caught some kind of jungle rot fungal infection on my right hand. I've been trying to get rid of it since Sept. and stopped using the pool as of Nov. since it wasn't clearing up. I've seen my dr. 4 times and a dermatologist once. I still cannot get rid of whatever this is. I tried to cancel our memberships by phone around the first part of March and was told I would have to come in and fill out some form to stop automatic payment from my credit card. Well, I came in today and the girl behind the counter says she doesn't know what form to use or how to do it. This seems like something you'd learn on the first day on the job. Well, anybody who is supposed to be able to handle a basic transaction like this is 'out to lunch' and not accepting cell phone calls by the receptionist. I was asked to sit and wait for someone to come back who knows what to do. Not going to happen. I called my credit card company to dispute last month's charge and they got the same response from this place saying I have to come in to fill out some form. Not top notch service here, trying to squeeze an extra month or two of dues out of someone. Basically, borderline fraud. So, Caveat Emptor with this place. I should sue them for my physical and emotional distress since I'm a high risk candidate for Sepsis. .

I love my Wednesday pilates class with Paula! The facility is bright and airy, very clean. The reformer pilates classes are SUPER AWESOME. I feel super sore and tight in my abs after our weekly classes. WOW! The reformer classes are small and intimate so the instructor can give corrections and make sure you are engaging the right muscles correctly, and to prevent injuries of course. I am seriously addicted and it's only been 6 classes! Great class!
