Not super stoked on the finished gel mail work after dropping 100$ plus 20$ tip.
There are air bubbles and dust in the nail paint, which I commented on during the session.
And the clear coat wasn't adequetly applied, leaving the matte showing through clear coat streaks. And I always do not like when they leave nail polish on the skin.

Got in touch with management and they have offered a discount on next appointment and to ensure my next appointment is with their best technitian.

I had been going to nail palazzo for years and always had such a great experience. Everytime I went I requested, Tracy, who is amazing. She takes her time and does a really good job. My gel Manicure would last 3-4 weeks and still look good. Unfortunately I moved out of the area so I no longer can come to this location on a regular basis, but when I visit my family I always stop in to see Tracy! Highly recommend her!

Great salon for dip nails. Good quality products that last and good nail stylists that do quality work that lasts. I drive 30 minutes to go here to get my nails done because they've proven to be the best nails for me:)
