I am telling you I have the best chiropractor in the world. I originally went in because I was experiencing hip pain that had kept me up at night for 2 years. After visiting Dr. Geoff Allen, within 2 visits, the pain was gone. Of course since it had been out of wack for so long I had to come in 2x a week for about 8 weeks to get to “maintenance” visits. And you know what’s crazy? He said my pain was most likely from sitting at work and driving to and from work. It makes total sense. So since then I’ve had 2 more incidents that have caused pain. For each I got relief instantly after visiting Dr. Geoff. I’m smarter now. I go immediately following an injury. Waiting only makes the healing process longer. In addition, I know longer experience any pain from the plantar fasciitis I was diagnosed with. Dr. Geoff is so knowledgeable! So if any of you have chronic aches or pains, sports injuries, or just don’t feel like you are aligned right, you have to visit Folsom Life Chiropractic. Also I must add, he incorporates massage with the adjustments making the healing process not only quicker but more effective. And because the massage is at a chiropractic office, you can use your flex plan or HSA or MSA to pay for the services. I cannot rave enough about the care I’ve received.

Dr Allen is very knowledgeable, helpful and a great teacher of human anatomy and physiology and health to his staff and patients. I have just started seeing him and can see progress already. He is genuinely concerned about your wellness and progress.
