For a very long time, I have suffered from anxiety, and the anxiety has caused further suffering via pain in my shoulders and back. For years I have gone to therapy and taken medication for the stress, and it helps somewhat. However, talking to the best therapists can do little for back and shoulder pain, and medication makes the pain worse. Having tried a great deal of treatments with disappointing results, I recently began trying acupuncture under Dr. Pan's care. Going in, I was not sure whether acupuncture would work for me or not. Happily, it did. I have never slept better than during my acupuncture sessions. Dr. Pan is among the kindest and most helpful of health professionals that I have had the pleasure of knowing. She made me feel welcome and comfortable, and she was quite skillful at making what may seem at first a little scary into something rather soothing. I can confidently recommend to anyone willing to try acupuncture that they see whether Dr. Pan can help.
Dr. Pan has done wonders for both my husband and myself with arthritis, RA, sciatica, etc. We both have benefited from her work.
Dr. Pan did an amazing job helping me manage the related muscle induced pain from neck pain from issues I had with my neck. When I came to her I was off of work due to all of the pain from my neck and the related muscles in my neck, upper, back and shoulder were as hard as rocks and in knots. Through the acupuncture sessions she was able to help get the muscles to relax significantly and eliminate the knots, so that all of the muscle issues weren't compounding on top of my other issues. I was very hesitant to try acupuncture, but I was desperate for relief, and I am glad that I went to Dr. Pan, as it helped bring down the level of pain. She is very kind, professional, and knowledgeable, and has a very clean and upscale office, with a great staff that is very kind and friendly. I would recommend her to anyone suffering from pain to give her a try.
