We had no idea why our 3 y/o LVP was shredding and coming up. Dave provided clarity to the issue in a well written report. This was extremely helpful in obtaining a resolution with the subcontractor. * If you have flooring issues, call Dave. You need an expert on your side. DO NOT HAVE YOUR FLOORING COMPANY SEND THIER OWN INSPECTOR FOR FREE. They will not be able to divulge their findings. Please contact your own inspector, and pay for him yourself. It's well worth the money! Dave is very knowledgeable and kind, and he will help you understand the problem at hand in order to prevent future failures.
