I had taken my mom in to have our nails done for an early Mother's Day gift to thank her for all that she does for our family I sat down to have the worst experience ever I wanted long nails coffin shape with a basic French tip well my nails are jagged and there is paint all over my hands my nails hurt from how much the woman drilled into my nails the woman cut my finger and made them bleed it was like she didn't want to do my nails at all . I watched the woman struggle to paint my nails and 3 other other women stood at the station. I was at as the manager took over to paint my nails it looks like a five-year-old painted my fingers and did my nails I was so upset that they couldn't get the basic French tip right but I told them to leave it alone that I didn't want the paint anymore. They ended up painting my nails anyway charged me 120$ I gave her the 120 tipped five dollars for each person that did mine and my mom's nails I walked in with $400 in my wallet and left with 200. They stole $100 from me and messed my nails up and hurt my hands never again will I go back to this place no stars

I wouldn't even give it a one star. My daughter took me out to have my nails done before Mother's Day which was a very nice gesture. The lady that did mine cut my nails uneven and decided to pick another color for me after I picked the color I wanted to match the dress I was going to wear to the winery this coming weekend. I told her that I had surgery on my arm and I can't move it in some directions. She was very rude and kept slapping and jerking my hand around. She told me that I wanted flowers on my nails and never in my wildest dreams would I say that or want that. My thumb nail is so short and very Uneven but I'm surprise she even works in a nail salon. I have been to several nail salons and they've always done what I told them to do. They have never jerked my arm around like a ragdoll or slap me in the arm like I was a two-year-old I am 59 years old. I know what I like and I no, I didn't say that I wanted flowers. My nails are so uneven and look like we'll you get it. I'm surprise she even works in a nail salon. I have been to several nail salons and they've always done what I told them to do. They have never jerked my arm around like a ragdoll or slap me in the arm like I was a two-year-old 1 am 59 years old. I know what I like and I DID NOT tell her I wanted flowers. My nails are so uneven I know have to go some where else to get the screwed up mistake fix by a professional. I'm surprise she even works in a nail salon. I've been to several nail salons in the past and they've always done what I told them to do Or we discuss what to do.
