I am not usually one to leave a negative review especially for a local business but i feel like i should caution anyone that has an appointment in this office. I had an appointment today at 940am but did not see Dr. Kira until 1110am. This is almost 90 minutes behind schedule.
Dr Palmer was always great, did both eyes cataracts, Staff and phone service terrible. Ileana, Front desk has a attitude problem. The information on answering service does not match information give at front desk, then Ileana wants to argue about it.
Dr Palmer is an excellent ophthalmologist. His kindness and gentleness are comforting. Dr. Minhas is kind and compassionate, as well. The optometry department staff is great at helping you pick frames for your glasses. The lab they use to make the glasses is very concerned with quality of vision correction.
