I had both the carpet and tile/grout cleaned. There were numerous stains from a puppy, ground in dirt from other large dogs, and the grout was quite brown instead of the usual cream color. Bill came out to look and give an estimate. Two days later he came and completed a very thorough job. All the carpet stains came out, he worked quite hard on the tile and it looks brand new! (28 year old tile)It is clear that Bill knows his stuff and is very careful about taking care of things as well as a perfect job.Fair price for the work he did and he will definitely be coming back when we need cleaning again.

The tile in our rental property was installed in 1998. The grout had darkened, tiles very dirty. We were blown away with the job Bill did. Tile almost looks new. Bill is a true professional from beginning to end. Highly recommend his business.
