I have been using Mr. Oliver and his team for a very long time. I am not a tech savvy individual, however, anytime I have had an issue, Mr. Oliver has delt with it in a timely manner. He has a competent and easy going personality, and his expertise and customer service are above reproach. From a maintenance issue to new systems, he is my go to, period- end of story.
I highly recommend HOC! We have worked for them for over 10 years and it has been so worth it. Their team is there and complete all their tasks effectively. They're very friendly and knowledgeable about their tasks.I cannot tell you how many times they have saved us in moments of chaos! I would rate them 10 stars if I could!!
Harv (Hands On consulting) and Toby are great. Very service oriented, helpful, and act quickly when you're in any technical trouble. They also have broader knowledge about HIPAA laws and help to meet the regulations. We are very happy we found Hands On consulting.
