“I had the best experience with Vangard renovations.We had an insurance claim because our house had a leak which lead to water damaged. We needed to change all the dry wall and the entire flooring. The company was pretty efficient. They had our things moved in and out within 2 days. The dry wall went up and painted within a week. Lastly the flooring took no more than 5 days. The company did a deep clean of the house which we really appreciated. All the workers were on time and professional.Our contractors name was Brett. He was very attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. He guided us through every step and communicated with us about everything. When we talk to Brett is was almost like a breath of fresh air because in the stressful situation of our house he really understood where we were coming from and was willing to work with us every step of the way.We really couldn't recommend him enough.When it came to pricing, our insurance company accepted their quote so I assume they are fairly priced.The only con we have is the moving company did chip my glass dresser when they were moving it up and down the stairs. But its nothing too extreme.“

“Adam and his crew do awesome remodels. Adam first sits down with the client to go over all of the remodel details. Then drafts a plan accordingly including prices. When the remodel begins he provides a timeline which he sticks to. When the remodel is being done by his crew, he shows up on site daily to monitor the progress and accuracy of the project. After the remodel is complete he returns to the site to make any adjustments or corrections to the project. Adam responds to phone calls and text immediately. His crew shows up on time, are very pleasant and work very hard. Adam and his crew want the client to be happy with the remodel and does everything he can to make that happen. In 2023, Safeway remodeled our kitchen, dining room, bathroom and laundry room. In 2024, they remodeled the living room, den and 4 bedrooms. We are extremely happy with the remodels. Adam and his crew are a pleasure to work with. Adam walks you through every step of the project and assist in locating all the resources needed to complete the job. For instance, he helped us locate local companies that sell front doors, closet doors and quartz counter tops. In 2025, Adam's crew will return to remodel our master bathroom and the paint the exterior of our house. I highly recommend Safeway Constructions for any remodeling projects.“
