“Julie is by far the best massage therapist I have ever had. I’ve gone to her for prenatal massages throughout my pregnancy at her Campbell office and every single time I regret not signing up earlier so I can get 90 min vs 60. Julie has a way of getting me to that in between state of wakefulness vs. dead asleep. No other therapist has been able to do that. Her experience as a doula means she knows exactly where you are hurting and unlike some massage spots, she will massage you all the way until right before and after labor. If you are looking for a marble floor, Buddha statue in the corner, expensive spa ambiance, this is not it - but to be honest you shouldn’t be going to those places anyway for a prenatal massage as those therapists may not have the same experience. She’s professional, her office is clean and her pricing is on par with other prenatal massage therapists in the area. I enjoy her massages so much that I’m more than happy to continue booking with her well after I give birth. Thank you Julie for relieving all my pregnancy aches and pains!“

“I had the experience of visiting Dr. Suhas in Dec of 2021 to treat inflammation and weight problems, which were chronic conditions for me that caused pain, low energy, and limiting mobility. Ayurvedic Healing was new to me, but I practiced the guidance offered without finding it difficult or overly restrictive, and grew open to learning about the mind-body approach to healing. Dr. Suhas was a patient teacher and guide, and I took to the program with relative ease. I saw results immediately, and I hit my target weight goals within 6 months, losing 35 lbs in that period. Yoga, meditation, simple walking/hiking, and changing my orientation to food with mindful eating yielded profound results. It was not difficult to do. Over the next year I lost another 10lbs and now weigh what I weighed my last year in college. I haven't seen that weight at any other time in my adult life. Ultimately, my visit to Dr. Suhas was a life-changing event, though I was skeptical at age 65 that I could achieve such dramatic improvements. It's approaching 3 years of practicing an Ayurvedic lifestyle. I have know doubt that I've left bad health habits, poor diet, and mysterious health challenges behind.
