“This new shop is located in the industrial area of Tulare. As soon as you walk in, you see all the artwork on the walls and his logo. This tattoo artist is very patient with his clientele and works with what they want. For example, if you wanted to edit the outline of your tattoo or remove something, or even add to it, he'd be more then welcome to your idea. If you're interested in seeing his work you can find him on most social media platforms such as IG, Snapchat, FB. He also has an album of previous tattoos he's done if you're interested. I would recommend him to any of my friends or peers.“
