Absolutely terrible construction and customer service. They do not live up to their commitment to “meticulous attention to every detail” and their “passion for excellence” and “exceptional customer service”. They do not have a “commitment to serving” their customers. The ownership doesn’t care about the customer who spent hundreds of thousands of dollars investing in a home they built. I have plenty of photos to disprove their passion for excellent, lackluster customer service, and non commitment to their customer. ***If you read the other reviews, they aren’t actual reviews for the company and aren’t accurate.
