I've been a customer for over twenty years! They first installed the R/O system back in 1999. I moved twice since then and Pure Water moved my original system each time. The system has performed perfectly in all three locations. They come out once a year to service the system, which keeps the lifetime warranty intact and the water tasting AMAZING. Everyone I've dealt with at this company - from the office to the service workers - is professional and polite! Great company. Very thankful to have found them.
