Josh and Rico came over to service our AC unit. Really friendly guys! Josh was professional, knowledgeable and saved the day for my 2 dogs and me! I also cannot forget about the office ladies. Always very helpful! Thank you ProFlo!
Called up Fernando helped me over the phone with my clogged hvac AC unit in the attic we went through FaceTime and he called me right away to fix it he also helped me fix my ac unit’s condenser over FaceTime as well! Thank you Fernando! Amazing hvac technician! I live in Sacramento!!!
Having an AC unit unexpectedly go out is about as bad as it gets when it comes to home maintenance. ProFlo eased the stress by providing an excellent product at a very competitive price and did so in a timely manner. The sales rep and service technicians were outstanding as they were both courteous and professional. My house presented special challenges for AC & furnace installation. Install manager Josh Harvey & crew came out the next day to make needed adjustments and our new AC unit works quite well with adequate air flow efficiently circulating throughout the house.
