Amazing professional replacement of my Hayward pool heater. My old heater finally quit after many years of flawless service, so I wanted to stay with Hayward. Comments on the internet indicated that a factory authorized dealer could yield a longer warranty, so I did a search for dealers near me. I read the great reviews about Next Level and contacted them. Barry came across as very knowledgeable over the phone, and In very short order I had a written quote for the job that beat two others, plus I had the job scheduled for much sooner than I'd imagined was possible. I can't say enough about how happy I am with our new pump install today. Bobby called me 1st thing today to say he can come out today after I contacted Hayward today for a new pump! Wow same day service!! Then he called back to say he can come earlier as he knew I had to leave for the airport in the late afternoon! He was professional, polite, and so efficient at his work. He cleaned up after himself then explained everything to me about the programming of the new pump. We now know who we will use and refer to everyone going forward. Thank you Bobby we are customers forever!
